Spring Bag Frame

Spring frame (spring bag cage) is an essential accessory for external filter dust collectors. It comes in two types: with or without a Venturi tube, and has certain elasticity. Due to the space limitations of the indoor environment, there is no sufficient space at the top of the dust collector to replace the dust frame. Therefore, spring frames or (interlocking) multi-section dust frames are used in the design.

Product Specifications

The spring frame diameter is generally less than 130mm, made by winding 5mm diameter steel wire, usually with 35 turns per meter after extension, and the stretched length is typically 1.5M, 2M, or 2.5M. The surface is then zinc-plated for post-processing. The spring frame is designed with a strong and reliable structure, ensuring a longer service life.

Surface Treatment: Galvanized, powder coating, corrosion protection, and silicone spray coating available.
