Wirtz tube spring frame

Spring frame (spring bag cage) is an essential accessory for external filter dust collectors. It comes in two types: with and without Venturi tubes, featuring a certain degree of flexibility. Due to the space constraints of indoor areas, there's often no room at the top of the dust collector to replace the dust frame. Therefore, spring frames or (interlocking) multi-section dust frames are used in design.

Product Specifications

Spring frame diameter is typically less than 130mm, made by winding steel wire with a diameter of 5mm, usually with 35 coils per meter after tensioning. The standard stretch lengths are 1.5M, 2M, and 2.5M. The surface is then zinc-plated for post-treatment. The spring frame design is strong and reliable, with a longer service life.
