Spring frame (spring bag cage) is an essential accessory for external filter dust collectors. It comes in two types: with and without Venturi tube, featuring certain elasticity. Due to the limitation of indoor space for dust collectors, there is no sufficient space at the top of the dust collector for replacing the frame. Therefore, spring frames or (interlocking) multi-section dust frames are adopted in the design.

Product Specifications

Spring frame diameter is typically less than 130mm, made by winding 5mm diameter wire, usually stretched to 35 turns per meter, with standard extension lengths of 1.5M, 2M, or 2.5M. The surface is post-processed with zinc coating. The spring frame is designed with a strong and reliable structure, offering a longer service life.

Spring frame material: Low carbon steel wire, galvanized steel wire, stainless steel wire

Surface Treatment: Galvanized, powder coating, anti-corrosion treatment, surface silicone spraying, etc.
