Spring Frame with Venturi Tube

Spring frame (spring bag cage) is an essential accessory for external filter dust collectors, available in two types: with and without Venturi tube. It features certain flexibility. Due to the limited indoor space for dust collectors, there is no sufficient space at the top of the dust collector for replacing the frame. Therefore, spring frames or (interlocking) multi-section dust frames are adopted in the design.

Product Specifications

The spring frame diameter is typically less than 130mm, made by winding 5mm diameter wire, usually with 35 turns per meter after extension. The standard extension lengths are 1.5M, 2M, and 2.5M. The surface is then zinc-plated for post-processing. The spring frame is designed with a strong and reliable structure, offering a longer service life.

Surface Treatment: Galvanized, powder coated, corrosion-resistant treatment, and surface silicone spray available.
