Product Principle
High Shear Ultra-Speed Emulsifying Machine The working principle of the high shear ultra-speed emulsifying machine is that under the high-speed drive of the motor, the material mixture enters the shearing and crushing working chamber through the feed port. In the narrow channels between the multi-layer rotors and stators, it undergoes high-speed shearing, high-frequency oscillation, impact extrusion, mixing and homogenization, as well as intense liquid shearing and turbulence tens of thousands of times per minute. Particularly, an innovative air-explosion device is designed in the body structure, utilizing the phenomenon of cavitation bubbles generated by high-speed jet streams. The enormous energy produced by these cavitation bubbles promotes the aggregation of different molecular substances and the degradation of organic compounds, creating more effective conditions. This breakthrough solves the难题 of heterogeneous liquid fusion, revolutionizing traditional polymerization methods. It enhances reaction depth, reduces reaction time, and improves the uniformity and stability of polymerization.
High-shear ultrasonic emulsifying machines, under the action of high-speed rotation and centrifugal force, project high-pressure jets and intense shock ultrasonic waves from the slots of the rotor, causing instantaneous formation of cavity bubbles in the liquid, which continuously generate, grow, burst, and collapse, creating a series of physical and chemical changes that act to strengthen the process, thereby facilitating the full polymerization or decomposition of different molecular substances. This technology, by a physical method, enables thorough mixing of heterogeneous liquids, resolving issues such as uniformity, stability, and water resistance that cannot be fully addressed by traditional chemical methods. Particularly in wastewater treatment, the cavitation effect breaks the cell walls in wastewater, resulting in the explosion of large molecular aggregates into smaller liquid molecules, creating more effective conditions for the degradation of organic compounds.

② Pump inlet pressure ≤ 0.2 MPa. It is recommended to install a section of flexible hose or metal bellows at the inlet and outlet to prevent the pump head from deforming under pressure.
