Unsulfonated poly sulfone (PSU) is a type of aromatic, non-crystalline, high-performance thermoplastic industrial plastic containing sulfone groups in its molecular backbone. It is produced by preparing bisphenol A sodium salt from bisphenol A and a concentrated solution of sodium hydroxide, with the moisture being carried away by xylene distillation at a temperature of 160 degrees, to remove water, prevent hydrolysis, which is crucial for obtaining high molecular weight poly sulfone. Using dimethyl sulfoxide as a solvent and inert gas protection, the nucleophilic substitution reaction between bisphenol sodium and dicyclohexyl sulfone is initiated, thereby forming poly sulfone.

The main structure of the polysulfone plastic shredder consists of an electric motor, a connecting unit, and a pump housing. The feeding port of the equipment is typically designed at a horizontal position on the housing, with the outlet facing upwards.
