The Jet Flow Mixed Emulsifying Machine is a new-generation high-speed mixed emulsifying machine manufactured by Nantong Fuke. Product Principle
Principle of operation for the jet-flow type emulsifying mixer
Adjusting the rotating impeller drives the liquid flow, which, under the action of the flow guide cavity, generates a strong vertical liquid circulation. The liquid in the container begins to circulate as a whole, achieving macroscopic mixing. On the other hand, the high-speed rotating impeller can produce a certain degree of shear turbulence necessary for microscopic mixing. These liquids, after being micro-mixed, are dispersed throughout the container's corners as the orderly liquid flow circulates. All the liquid in the container is thoroughly mixed, differing from the traditional mixing method of stirrers.
Jet Flow Mixed Emulsifying Machine Design Technology
When discussing blending, we first need to differentiate between micro-mixing and macro-mixing. Micro-mixing refers to the blending of small batches of materials with fine particle sizes, achieving a well-dispersed mixing result. Macro-mixing can be seen as a complete blending of materials within a container without any dead spots. An ideal blend would incorporate both macro and micro mixing, which would not be considered an optimized system, and vice versa.
