Ultra-fine grinding emulsifying machines are mainly designed for the thorough crushing, grinding, dispersion, and emulsification of agglomerated particles generated during the process of nanomaterials, as well as for the fragmentation and emulsification of materials with high demands for refinement such as cell disruption and fine chemicals.
Product Principle
The main structure includes the Fleck ultra-fine dispersion emulsifying machine's rotating stator, which features hundreds to tens of thousands of unevenly shaped teeth interlaced and precisely matched within the working chamber. The shear surface area of the teeth is over twice as large as the flat surface area of the rotating stator. As material passes through this finely detailed, narrow, and uneven channel, it undergoes millions of powerful shearing, high-speed collisions, crushing, and high-frequency oscillations. Therefore, the triangular, interlocking-tooth design of this rotating stator is one of the devices with higher precision, more difficult manufacturing, and better performance in the粉碎dispersion emulsifying equipment, characterized by high fineness and good stability.
