The slag crushing and slurry machine is a new type of crushing and slurry equipment, widely used in the crushing and slurry conveying of various filter cakes, filter residues, drug residues, slag, and other residues after filtration in fine chemicals, food light industry, petrochemicals, etc. This high-efficiency crushing and conveying equipment features advanced technology, multiple functions, energy-saving, and crushing and conveying capabilities.

Product Principle
The slag crushing and slurry machine is composed of a special rotating stator, which is designed and manufactured with separate cutting, crushing, slurry, and conveying zones: a multifunctional slag re-pulping equipment that integrates crushing, slurry, and conveying. It is widely applicable for the crushing and slurry preparation of various residues such as filter cakes, filter sludge, pharmaceutical residues, and slag. During the crushing process, the residues must be mixed with water or liquid before passing through the pipeline into the crushing pump. After entering the pump body of the slag crushing and slurry machine, the large particles are first sheared, torn, and crushed by cutting blades. Once torn into smaller particles, they are then cut by the conveying impeller and sent into the crushing and grinding zone. After achieving a certain fineness, the refined slurry is discharged from the pump by the conveying impeller. The housing of the residue crushing and slurry machine is generally made of 304 stainless steel, and the rotating stator is made of wear-resistant high-alloy forgings and heat-treated. The flat shearing and crushing distance of the combined rotating stator is typically 0.3mm (the adjustable distance between rotating stators is 0.3-8mm), and the conveying head can reach 6-20 meters. All residues entering the slag crushing and slurry machine must be fragile crystalline, lumps, agglomerates, sticky blocks, and filter cakes, etc., solid-liquid mixed materials. It is strictly prohibited to introduce metallic materials such as wire nuts, stones, bricks, etc., into the pump body. The solid particle content of the material should be ≤30%. The large-diameter residue crushing and slurry machine has an input particle size of about 100mm, and the output particle size after crushing and slurry preparation is determined by the user's requirements.
