Basic Requirements for a Trolley Electric Furnace

The trolley electric furnace is a type of energy-saving periodic operation furnace that meets national standards. It is an industrial heating equipment designed to heat materials and induce physical and chemical changes. To meet the requirements of various production processes, trolley furnaces come in various structural forms, but in general, they should satisfy the following criteria:
1. Fast heating speed, high yield per unit area.
2. The furnace temperature is easy to control, and the product quality is excellent.
Unit energy consumption is low, and thermal efficiency is high.
4. Simple structure, low cost, long lifespan, and easy maintenance.

5. Simple operation, high level of mechanization, automated, minimal environmental pollution, and good working conditions.

These are all the basic requirements for the trolley furnace mentioned earlier. To shorten the cooling process time, an exhaust device can be installed on the top of the trolley furnace to accelerate cooling. This device is closed during heating and opened once a certain temperature is reached. The on/off operation is completed by the furnace side operator through a manual mechanism or automatic control.
