Cautionary Notes:
Do not exceed the maximum temperature of the resistance furnace when in use.
2. Always disconnect the power source when handling samples to prevent electric shock.
3. When taking samples, the furnace door should be opened for as short a time as possible to extend the lifespan of the electric furnace.
4. No liquids are allowed to be poured into the furnace chamber.
5. Do not place samples沾有水和油的试样 containing water and oil into the furnace; do not use clamps沾有水和油的夹子沾有水和油的夹子 that have water and oil on them to pick up samples.
6. Wear protective gloves when handling samples to prevent burns.
7. Samples should be placed in the middle of the furnace, neatly arranged, and must not be scattered.
Do not touch the electric furnace or the samples around it at random.
9. After use, the power and water supply should be turned off.
10. Operation of the resistance furnace is strictly prohibited without the permission of the supervisor, and operations must be conducted in strict accordance with the equipment's operating procedures.
How to Deal with Large Scale Fire Phenomena
During kiln operation, it is necessary to reduce the amount of coal added. If it is coal gangue, decrease the waste rock quantity and increase the clay content; accelerate the speed entering the edge of the tunnel kiln, but this will lead to over-darkening of the core; reduce the number of exhaust fans and the air intake speed formula, lower the firing temperature of the kiln, and try altering the formula.
Its melting rate: actual drawing quantity can be adjusted over a wide range to meet the production needs of different sheet specifications. The drawing quantity can be stably adjusted between 560~650 tons/day without affecting production. The furnace has strong melting capability, good glass melting quality, fewer defects in the melting stage, and strong adaptability to materials. The furnace has minimal combustion loss, effectively extending the service life of the equipment. The regenerative chamber is unobstructed, with no feeling of blockage, and the furnace pressure can be freely adjusted.
The principle is to introduce exhaust gases into the furnace from industrial furnaces, where they undergo high-temperature treatment in a specially designed furnace. The heating method can be either by burners or electric heating elements.
