The Full Fiber Trolley Furnace is primarily composed of the furnace body, trolley and trolley traction mechanism, furnace door and clamping device, heating elements and mounting equipment, and an automatic temperature control system.
Technical characteristics of the all-fiber trolley furnace:
1. The furnace lining is fixed with steel frame compressed fiber blocks, which prevents thermal bridge short-circuiting. The fibers are laid in an alternating layered and stacked pattern, resulting in a low thermal conductivity coefficient, excellent insulation properties, and high energy-saving benefits.
2. Concave door frame with layered fiber installation, which keeps the electric heating elements from protruding inside the door's flat surface, ensuring that the elements and fibers are not damaged during the door's opening and closing.
3. The sealing between the furnace door and mouth, trolley, and furnace body utilizes fibrous soft contact, equipped with a mechanical clamping device to ensure a completely sealed furnace structure.
4. Features a new type of resistor tape suspended structure (fixed on fibrous furnace lining with high-alumina porcelain screws), ensuring safety and reliability with quick and easy installation and maintenance.
5. Install an operation box on one side of the electric furnace mouth, allowing for easy and close control of the trolley entry and exit, furnace door lifting and lowering, and sealing device. This reduces the labor intensity for the operator, thereby lowering the equipment's failure rate and ensuring safe operation of the equipment.
Operation Tips
If the radial force of the tug is too great, the force between the shaft and the shoe will increase, causing the ellipticity to rise due to friction, damaging the oil film and generating heat. Countermeasure: Adjust the tug's force distribution, reduce the load on the tug, and replace with new high-viscosity lubricating oil. When the axial force of the tug is too great, the gap between the挡板 of the tug shaft and the end face of the bearing is left unsuitably, resulting in excessive friction. The main solution is to adjust the equipment gap appropriately.
