High-density safety net

Our factory's produced dense-mesh netting is primarily used in building construction projects to prevent the fall of construction materials and workers from heights. It encloses the structures with protective mesh to avoid injuries, ensuring the safety of workers at heights and pedestrians, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the construction site.

Our architectural dense mesh safety nets are made from polyethylene and polypropylene plastic filaments; and raw materials include polyolefin, cotton, nylon 6 fibers. The vertical nets (standing nets) are knitted using knitting machines, while the horizontal nets are manufactured by mechanical twisting and manually tied together.

Features:

1. High mesh density: Standard vertical buildings' dense mesh protection has a mesh count of no less than 800 per 100 square centimeters, while this product boasts a mesh density of up to 2000 meshes per 100 square centimeters. Consequently, it can prevent the fall of objects with a bottom area of less than 100 square centimeters, such as stones and bricks, offering significantly higher safety performance than other similar products.

2. Utilizing a unique knotting method with a straight chain multi-door structure, consisting of a set of straight chain loops and a set of reciprocating loops passing through three straight chain lines to form the mesh. The knots are sturdy and non-slip, the mesh is resistant to deformation, and the body size is stable; it is durable, strong, lightweight, and also more affordable than standard safety nets.

3. Excellent breathability without obstructing light, allowing for enclosed operations and beautifying the construction site.
