Safety Net with Dense Mesh

Our factory's produced dense-mesh netting is primarily used in construction projects to prevent materials and workers from falling from heights. The construction safety net surrounds the building to avoid injuries, ensuring the safety of workers at heights and pedestrians, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the construction site.

Our building dense protection mesh is made from polyethylene and polypropylene plastic filaments;丙纶, cotton lycra, nylon 6 fiber filaments are used as raw materials. The vertical mesh (standing mesh) is knitted using a knitting machine, while the horizontal mesh is produced by mechanical twisting and artificial knotting.

Features:

1. High mesh density: standard vertical buildings' dense protection mesh has a mesh count of no less than 800 per 100 square centimeters, while this product boasts a mesh density of up to 2000 meshes per 100 square centimeters. Consequently, it can block the fall of objects with a base area of less than 100 square centimeters, such as stones and bricks, providing far superior safety performance compared to other similar products.

2. Utilizing a unique knotting method with a straight chain multi-door structure, consisting of a set of straight chain loops and another set of reciprocating loops passing through three straight chain lines, forming a mesh. The knots are sturdy and non-slip, the mesh is resistant to deformation, and the body size is stable; it is durable, firm, lightweight, and also more affordable than regular safety nets.

3. Excellent breathability without obstructing light, allowing for enclosed operations and beautifying the construction site.
