High-density safety net

Our factory produces dense-mesh netting primarily used in building construction projects to prevent the fall of materials and workers from heights. The protective building netting encircles the structure to avoid injuries and safeguard the safety of both high-altitude workers and pedestrians, as well as maintain the cleanliness of the construction site.

Our produced construction dense mesh safety net is made from polyethylene, polypropylene plastic filaments; and raw materials such as polypropylene, cotton, nylon 6 fibers. The vertical mesh (standing mesh) is knitted using knitting machines, while the horizontal mesh is manufactured by mechanical doubling and hand knotting.

Features:

1. High mesh density: standard vertical buildings' dense mesh protection has a minimum of 800 meshes per 100 square centimeters, whereas this product boasts a mesh density of up to 2000 meshes per 100 square centimeters. Therefore, it effectively blocks the fall of objects with a base area of less than 100 square centimeters, such as gravel and bricks, offering superior safety compared to other similar products.

2. Utilizing a unique knotting technique with a straight chain multi-door structure, consisting of a set of straight chain loops and another set of reciprocating loops passing through three straight chain lines to form the mesh. The knots are sturdy and non-slip, the mesh is resistant to deformation, and the body size is stable; durable, lightweight, and more affordable than regular safety nets.

3. Excellent breathability without affecting lighting; allows for enclosed operations, enhancing the construction site aesthetics.
