The blast furnace gas pulse bag dust collector is based on the low-pressure long bag pulse bag dust collector, incorporating the characteristics of blast furnace gas flue gas. It implements necessary safety measures such as pressure resistance and explosion-proof. Additionally, it performs necessary dehydration and oil removal treatment on the pulse cleaning gas source. Performance Features
1. Pressure-resistant cylindrical vessel, capable of withstanding a high pressure of 0.1 MPa. The dust collector is equipped with a explosion-proof valve at the top, and an intermediate ash storage bin is set below the ash unloading device, featuring excellent safety and sealed performance.
2. The dust removal mechanism of the equipment (pulsating valve, exhaust valve, return dust equipment, etc.) is controlled by a PLC, featuring both timed (resistance) and manual control modes.
3. Pulse cleaning with inert gas (nitrogen) or clean compressed natural gas.
