Compared to traditional sifter machines, the mineral powder sifter boasts the following outstanding advantages:
Fine screening, high specific surface area, and high selection efficiency.
1. The separator is significantly more productive compared to centrifugal, cyclone, and rotor separators of similar size, making it highly suitable for large-scale production. Its rational structure allows for a wide range of variations in separator air volume, production, and feed rate without affecting separation efficiency, ensuring very stable classification performance.
3. The grading principle is excellent. By combining multiple selection powder principles and using aerodynamic analysis methods, the entire flow field has been optimized, significantly reducing equipment resistance, improving selection efficiency, and achieving remarkable energy-saving and consumption reduction. The selection mill rotor is equipped with an inventor-patented vortex rectifier, where the airflow inside the rotor rises relative to the rotor without rotation, ensuring a uniform and stable gas flow field on the surface of the grading ring: the relative error of airflow at any point is <5%. By utilizing the airflow after entering the rotor, the reduced momentum moment decreases the driving force on the rotor, saving power consumption and reducing wear.
4. The sifter features stepless speed control. Fine adjustment is convenient, sensitive, and reliable, with a wide range of adjustment.
5. The space range of the selection and lifting areas has been re-optimized. The calcium hydroxide classifier is compact in structure, small in size, and suitable for any closed-loop powder grinding system composed of powder grinding equipment. It is applicable to open-flow grinding modifications, single closed-loop mills, and double closed-loop mills.
6. The wear-prone parts of the sifter, such as the spreading disk, cyclone tube, snail horn, guide vane, and impeller, are all made of wear-resistant materials or treated with anti-wear processes, resulting in extremely low wear rates. The inner lining of the sifter chamber is made of new manganese plate, effectively extending its service life.
7. The main shaft lower bearing seal employs a new design concept, effectively resolving two significant issues: dust entry into the bearing and oil leakage from the lubricant, thereby significantly extending the service life of the lower bearing.
8. When designing the basis for the sifter, the principle of mechanical vibration reduction is adopted to ensure that the resonant frequency of the sifter does not approach its inherent frequency. This overcomes resonance and fundamentally resolves the long-standing vibration issue of the sifter that has troubled users.
9. Both coarse powder pipes and fine powder pipes are equipped with double-acting lock wind valves, significantly reducing the system's air leakage rate and overcoming the issue of excessive dust during the operation of the old-style separator.

Working Principle

In operation, the variable-speed motor drives the vertical drive shaft via a transmission mechanism. Materials enter the selection chamber through the feeding port at the top of the separator, then fall onto the spreading disk through pipes located between the upper and lower cones of the coarse and medium powder collection cone. As the spreading disk rotates with the vertical drive shaft, materials are evenly scattered outward due to inertial centrifugal force. The dispersed materials, under the influence of a high-speed air flow from an external blower entering through the inlet, are propelled towards the inner wall of the selection chamber by the inertial centrifugal force. After collision, they lose kinetic energy, slide down the wall, and fall into the coarse powder collection cone. The remaining particles are lifted by the ascending air current, some of which are propelled towards the inner wall of the selection chamber by the impact with large vanes, lose kinetic energy after collision, and fall into the cone. The dusty air flow, under the strong and stable planar vortex formed by the rotating cage rotor, loses kinetic energy upon collision with the blades and falls into the coarse powder collection cone, then排出 through the coarse powder pipe. The fine powder that meets the requirements passes through the cage rotor and enters the interior, where it is carried by the recirculating air into an efficient, low-resistance cyclone separator. Subsequently, it slides into the fine powder collection cone, becoming the finished product.
