Utilizing superior structure, the powder selection airflow and output can be freely adjusted over a wide range without affecting selection efficiency, resulting in a system output increase of over 10%-15%.

Equipped with a new type of eddy current dispersion device, the airflow inside the rotor rises without rotating, reducing the momentum torque and the driving force on the rotor, saving power consumption, lowering wear intensity, and all prone-to-wear parts are treated with wear-resistant materials and technology.

Operating Principle

Air discharged from the coal mill, carrying material, enters the classifier through the lower air duct. After being straightened by the inner cone, it decelerates and rises along the annular channel between the outer cones. The coarse powder slides into the coarse powder collection cylinder along the outer cone wall due to gravity, achieving gravity separation. The air carrying the material particles, after gravity separation, forms a stable horizontal vortex separation zone between the guide vanes and the rotor under the action of the guide vanes' guidance and the rotor's rotation. The dust particles in the vortex are simultaneously subjected to the effects of gravity, wind force, and rotational centrifugal force. Fine and light particles are吸入 into the rotor interior with the air flow, passing through the exhaust duct and entering the subsequent dust collector as finished fine powder. The heavier coarse particles fall, are collected into the coarse powder collection cylinder by the inner cone, and returned to the mill for further grinding. Changing the rotor speed can effectively adjust the fineness of the finished product.
