    In the stone powder industry, to enhance the efficiency of the powder grinding system and reduce energy consumption of the products, the circular flow grinding system is widely adopted. The classifier, as a crucial component of this system, directly impacts the efficiency of the system due to its performance stability. Therefore, the research and development of classifiers has always been a focus for research institutions and industrial enterprises.
The JDD series High-Efficiency Anti-Dew Comb-Type Stone Powder Separator is a new type of separator developed and manufactured by Jiangsu Jidingda Company's technical team. They have integrated foreign powder selection technology and effectively applied the theory of flat vortex flow to the cyclone separator. The separator has been proven to achieve a selection efficiency of 85-90%, with convenient and flexible fineness adjustment and stable, reliable performance.
Compared to traditional classifiers, the JDD series high-efficiency anti-dew combination double-rotor classifier boasts the following unique advantages:
1. Equipped with a removable and combinable spiral blade spreader. It not only serves as a spreading function but also generates an ascending air flow that makes the material particles on the blade surface沸腾 and disperse, thereby enhancing the sorting and dispersion properties of the particles.
2. Advanced grading principle. By combining various powder selection mechanisms and utilizing the equilibrium of centrifugal force and centripetal air flow force in opposite directions, the material passes through a clearly defined grading interface and a selection zone, resulting in high grading accuracy.
3. The串联lower rotor effectively resuspends and disperses coarse particles separated from the upper sifting chamber, further separating out qualified fine powder while ensuring uniformity of the swirling air flow within the machine.
4. The main shaft of the classifier is equipped with a stepless high-speed motor, offering convenient fineness adjustment, sensitivity, and reliability, with a wide range of adjustment.
5. The sifting area has been re-optimized and the range of the lifting zone expanded, enhancing the sifting efficiency.
6. Utilizing a high-efficiency, low-resistance cyclone dust collector, with low equipment resistance and high dust collection efficiency.
7. The in-unit design optimizes the elastic sweeper and various anti-condensation devices, offering excellent anti-condensation performance.
8. All vulnerable parts are protected with a new multi-stage lining, effectively extending the main unit's lifespan.
9. The rotating system utilizes a dry oil work station system, effectively resolving the issue of easily damaged bearings.
10. Utilization of hyperstatic structures ensures minimal vibration in the entire machine; the use of dust-proof and vibration-reduction fans further reduces system vibration.
11. The coarse and fine powder pipes are equipped with double-locked air valves, significantly reducing air leakage and overcoming the previous defect of dust emission from the separator.

Operating Principle

The material from the mill enters the inner shell of the classifier through the upper hopper of the separator, falls onto the integrated impeller撒料盘 attached to the rotor, and is scattered outward due to the high-speed rotation of the撒料盘. Simultaneously, it is lifted upwards by the ascending air current generated by the impeller blades, creating a boiling effect on the impeller blades. Finer particles rise upwards in a suspended and dispersed state, while coarser or heavier materials are scattered by the impeller blades and fall along the筒壁, completing the first stage of classification.

2. A guide vane is positioned beneath the scatter tray, which lifts the fine particles from the coarse powder back into the circulating air, allowing for reclassification. The coarse powder then passes through a drip device and is discharged from the inner cone.

3. A cage-type rotor is positioned above the sifter, within the selection chamber. The airflow near the surface of the upper cage-type rotor classifier and the material dispersed in the airflow rotate at high speed along with the classifier. As they rotate, a uniform and strong swirling airflow is formed around the classifier. Within this area, the relationship between centrifugal force and suction force at any position remains constant. The centrifugal force experienced by the material in the airflow can be adjusted by varying the speed of the motor's main shaft. As the speed increases, this force also increases. If the airflow volume is kept constant, the particle size of the cut will decrease, resulting in a finer product. Conversely, if the speed is reduced, the product will become coarser.

4. After being classified by the upper cage rotor, the fine particles are drawn into the external cyclone dust collectors by the circulating air. Thanks to the newly designed cyclone dust collectors, which feature added guide vanes at the inlet, reflective screens inside the conical chamber, and a deceleration plate at the bottom, the fluid resistance of the cyclone dust collectors has significantly decreased. Under the action of the guide vanes, the circulating air enters the cyclone collector at a higher velocity. The wind speed suddenly drops in the expanded helical section, accelerating particle sedimentation and improving the dust collection efficiency of the cyclone dust collectors.
