Product Overview
Highlight Advantages
Calcium hydroxide has a lighter specific gravity and finer fineness, which can easily lead to electrostatic adhesion and agglomeration during the high-speed separation in the classifier, significantly affecting the separation efficiency. In response to this, our company has optimized and redesigned the internal structure of the classifier based on the characteristics of calcium hydroxide, further enhancing the separation space, reducing the concentration of the classifier, and adding secondary separation and crushing blades, significantly improving the separation efficiency. The internal circulation technology achieves zero emissions and pollution, creating a green and environmentally friendly enterprise for our clients.
Compared to traditional flour separators, calcium hydroxide separators boast the following outstanding advantages:
Fine grading, high selection efficiency.
1. The calcium hydroxide classifier has a scientifically designed structure and is easy to set up.
2. The grading principle is excellent.
3. The sifter features stepless speed control. Fine adjustment is convenient, sensitive, and reliable, with a wide range of adjustment.
4. The wear-prone parts of the classifier, such as the feed hopper, cyclone tube, snail horn, air guide blades, and impeller, are all made from wear-resistant materials or treated with anti-wear processes, ensuring extremely low wear rates. The classifier's interior lining is made of new manganese plates, effectively extending its service life.
Operating Principle
In operation, the variable-speed motor drives the vertical drive shaft through a transmission device. Material enters the separator chamber through the feed opening at the top of the separator, then falls onto the distribution plate via pipes between the upper and lower cones of the coarse powder collection cone. The distribution plate rotates with the vertical drive shaft, and under the force of inertial centrifugal force, the material is evenly scattered outward. The dispersed material is carried by the high-velocity airflow from the external blower entering the separator chamber. The heavier coarse particles are ejected towards the inner wall of the separator due to the inertial centrifugal force. After collision, they lose kinetic energy, slide down the wall, and fall into the coarse powder collection cone. The remaining particles are lifted by the ascending air stream and, as they pass through the area of the large fan blades, some coarse particles are again thrown towards the inner wall, collide, lose kinetic energy, and slide down into the cone. The dusty air stream, under the strong and stable plane vortices formed by the rotating cage rotor, loses kinetic energy after colliding with the blades and falls into the coarse powder collection cone, then排出 through the coarse powder pipe. The fine powder that meets the specifications passes through the cage rotor into its interior, is carried by the circulating air into an efficient, low-resistance cyclone separator, and then slides into the fine powder collection cone to become the finished product.
