详情描述
The characteristics of isostatic graphite
Hongnai De graphite is cold isostatically pressed into shape, with the shaped graphite exhibiting identical performance values in all directions. It boasts a range of excellent properties, making it closely associated with today's advanced technologies.
Hunan Stone graphite is commonly used in the manufacturing of single crystal furnace graphite heat sinks, metal continuous casting graphite crystallizers, and graphite electrodes for EDM machining. Our products offer stable performance and are greatly appreciated and supported by customers worldwide.
Note: Cold isostatic pressing refers to the process of placing powder in a sealed liquid environment at room temperature, where the liquid transmits ultra-high pressure to shape the powder. Since the pressure in the liquid is equal on all sides, it is called cold isostatic pressing.
Excellent processing performance
Graphite has a lower density than metal materials and boasts excellent machinability.
Thermal stability
Under inert gas protection, it can operate at temperatures up to 3,000 degrees and even higher.
Low expansion rate
Even under rapid temperature increases, the low thermal expansion rate ensures the graphite dimensions remain unchanged.
Excellent chemical resistance
Graphite exhibits excellent chemical stability, being resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents at room temperature.
Excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity
Graphite is an ideal material for certain applications, such as heating elements, due to its good thermal conductivity.
The isostatic graphite also boasts other excellent properties, such as:
High-tensile
2. Ultra High Purity
3. Corrosion resistance
4. Low resistance
5. Stable performance
6. Eco-friendly
