详情描述
Graphite is categorized by performance and reinforcement types: high-performance graphite, oxygen-resistant graphite, high-temperature-resistant graphite, conductive material graphite, wear-resistant graphite, etc.
Graphite Item Number:
1: Isostatic Graphite: Refers to high-purity products with ash content ≤5ppm and anisotropic fine graphite materials, offering high cost-performance ratio. It also features high metal removal rate and discharge speed, making it an ideal choice for large cavity electrode materials. (These figures are indicative characteristics, not guaranteed values; material selection must be discussed with our relevant staff.)
2: Compression Molding Graphite: Features excellent electrical conductivity, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high purity, self-lubrication, thermal shock resistance, isotropy, and ease of precision machining. Widely used in industries such as solar photovoltaic and semiconductor, continuous casting, hard alloy and electronic mold sintering, electrical discharge machining, glass, and more.
Graphite: The pre-compression time for products with larger diameters or cross-sections should be longer than for smaller-sized products, ensuring full gas inflation to achieve higher density.
4: High-Precision Graphite: Refers to graphite materials with ultra-fine particles in all directions, a very mature product; it boasts high strength, excellent wear resistance, low discharge loss, and good surface finish. It is a cost-effective general-purpose graphite material.
5 Graphite: Indicating better properties, increased strength at high temperatures, high resistance to thermal shock and chemical properties, self-lubricity, and good workability.
Graphite: Refers to a graphite material with superior strength, wear resistance, and durability, characterized by extremely fine graphite particles. It achieves excellent effects in critical areas such as sharp corners. Suitable for molds with extremely high surface finish requirements that are difficult to process; wire-cutting electrodes, etc.; such as ultra-fine electrodes, mirror electrodes, and hard alloy workpieces, etc.
High-purity Graphite: Represents anisotropic characteristic graphite material with an average particle diameter of only 2μm, thus approximating the smoothness of a mirror-like surface; it also boasts excellent cutting performance, superior wear resistance, and ultra-high strength.
8: Wear-resistant Graphite: Indicates high hardness and strength with reduced discharge loss. Suitable for processing ultra-difficult-to-machine molds; such as processing of extremely fine electrodes, hard alloy workpieces, etc.
