详情描述
Our company supplies graphite blocks in various molding processes, including vibration molding, press molding, and isostatic molding. Our main strength product, the 0.8mm vibration-molded graphite block/square/graphite cube, is factory-supplied with large quantities and guaranteed quality, which is a crucial assurance for our products to be exported overseas.
Graphite products, renowned for their excellent and stable properties, are widely used in various fields such as electronics, metallurgy, chemical industry, and steel production.
Key characteristics of graphite products:
1. High-Temperature Resistance: Graphite blocks are among the materials known for their high-temperature resistance. They have a melting point of 3850℃ ± 50℃ and a boiling point of up to 4250℃. Under 10 seconds of exposure to an electric arc at over 7000℃ degrees, the loss of graphite is minimal, amounting to 0.8% by weight. This illustrates the exceptional high-temperature properties of graphite.
2. Exceptional thermal shock resistance: Graphite exhibits excellent thermal shock resistance, meaning it has a low coefficient of thermal expansion when temperatures change abruptly. This results in good thermal stability and prevents cracking during rapid changes in temperature.
3. Thermal and Electrical Conductivity: Graphite has excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. Compared to general materials, its thermal and electrical conductivity is quite high. It is four times higher than stainless steel, twice as high as carbon steel, and 100 times higher than most non-metals.
4. Lubricity: The lubricating property of graphite is similar to molybdenum disulfide, with a friction coefficient less than 0.1. Its lubricating performance varies with the size of the scales; the larger the scales, the lower the friction coefficient, and the better the lubricity.
5. Chemical Stability: Graphite exhibits excellent chemical stability at room temperature, resistant to corrosion from acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
Main Applications of Graphite Blocks:
Used for lining in silicon carbide furnaces, graphitization furnaces, and other metallurgical furnaces, as well as resistive furnaces; as insulation material, conductive material, and impermeable graphite heat exchangers.
2. Manufacturing various molds, including hot pressing molds, static casting molds, centrifugal casting molds, die casting molds, and refractory material casting molds, etc.
3. Metal electrolytic cathodes, anode materials.
