Important Considerations for Low-Temperature Environmental Chambers

During transportation: The angle of inclination must not exceed 45 degrees to prevent damage to the refrigeration unit.

Avoid abrupt vibrations and impacts to prevent glass door from shattering.

Installation Location: To be installed in a spot not exposed to direct sunlight, with adequate ventilation.

Item arrangement within the container: During normal operation, items should be neatly arranged within the container without being overly packed. Air circulation within the container should not be obstructed to ensure even temperature distribution.

Keep away from electromagnetic interference sources: The earth wire of the power outlet supplying the illumination box should be grounded.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The inner walls and equipment surfaces should be wiped frequently to maintain cleanliness and enhance glass transparency. Do not use acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive solutions to clean the exterior surfaces.

In the event of a malfunction, the issue should be addressed by a professional or the manufacturer.

Temperature and Humidity Settings: The temperature should be set within the allowable humidity range to prevent equipment malfunction.

Air Duct Occupation: The spaces along the walls on both sides of the workroom are for air ducts. Please do not occupy these ducts when placing items to avoid poor ventilation and uneven temperatures.

Temperature Variations: There is a discrepancy between the actual temperature inside the intelligent artificial climate chamber, the displayed temperature on the chamber, and the set temperature. The actual temperature inside the chamber is generally lower than both the displayed and set temperatures. Therefore, a thermometer is required for calibration during the actual process.

Power Requirements: Use a stable power source that meets the equipment's specifications, with proper grounding for safety. Do not alter the electrical wiring of the equipment at will, and regularly inspect the power cords for any damage.

Items should be neatly arranged inside the box; they must not block the exhaust and intake vents, and should not be over-packed to avoid affecting the air circulation and humidity balance within the box.

Minimize Door Openings: During operation, try to minimize the number of times the box door is opened to avoid affecting the stability of the internal environment. If you need to open the door for an extended period to retrieve or place items, it is recommended to pause the equipment first.

Regular Inspections and Cleaning: Regularly monitor the equipment's operating status, and promptly shut down for inspection if abnormal sounds, odors, or parameter fluctuations are detected. Clean the interior regularly with a clean, soft damp cloth. Gentle cleaning agents may be used if necessary, but avoid contact with electrical components.

Replace Filters: Replace filters regularly to maintain clean air inside the box, typically every 3-6 months.

Long-term Storage Handling: When not in use for an extended period, it is advisable to disconnect the power supply. After thorough cleaning, open the box door to prevent the growth of bacteria and odors inside.
