Five Key Points for the Safe Use of Biochemical Incubators

Bioincubators are commonly used for seed germination, seedling cultivation, tissue culture, microbial cultivation, rearing insects and small animals, and BOD determination in water analysis, among other applications. During use, we need to pay attention to the following:

After setting the temperature of the biochemical incubator, do not randomly rotate the temperature control knob multiple times, as this may cause the compressor to start frequently, leading to overloading of the compressor and affecting its service life.

Handle the biological culture incubator with care; ensure the angle between the transport and the horizontal plane is no less than 45°.

When using the biochemical incubator at lower temperatures, the water in the bottom water collection tray should be emptied regularly.

4. In case of a humidifier malfunction, please refer to the warranty points listed in the humidifier's user manual and have it repaired at the nearest service point.

5. If the humidity sensor in the biochemical incubator remains in a high humidity state for an extended period, condensation may form, causing the humidity reading to remain elevated. To achieve an accurate humidity reading, it is recommended to turn off the incubator, open the incubator door, and allow the humidity sensor to reach room temperature and naturally dry before resuming use.

Note: If the biological culture incubator is not in use for a prolonged period, please empty the water inside the box.
