Cautionary Notes for Biochemical Incubators

1. The biochemical incubator should be installed in an area with minimal temperature and humidity fluctuations, and the three-prong plug and outlet should be properly grounded.

Before starting the biochemical incubator, it is essential to thoroughly familiarize yourself with the manuals of all the component instruments and gauges, and master the correct usage methods.

3. Strictly prohibited: placing volatile chemical solvents, explosive gases, and flammable gases inside the box. No flammable spray should be used near the incubator to avoid ignition by electric sparks.

4. Regularly check for any air leakages in the air lines.

The bio-cultivation incubator features an electrical power-off protection function, so the compressor needs to be restarted approximately one and a half minutes after shutdown to better protect the compressor.

The condenser of the biochemical incubator should be more than 100mm away from the wall, there should be a 50mm gap on the side of the cabinet, and at least 300mm of space should be provided at the top of the cabinet to ensure good heat dissipation.

7. Avoid collisions and vibrations during transportation, maintenance, and care of the biochemical incubator; the maximum tilt angle should be less than 45 degrees.

8. When not in use for extended periods, turn off the main power and the power switch at the rear of the equipment. Additionally, to maintain temperature stability and prevent dust and debris from entering the workspace, avoid frequent door opening when the biochemical incubator is in operation.

9. The interior and exterior of the box should be kept clean daily, and a thorough cleaning should be performed after each use. Even if the box is not in use for a long period, it is important to regularly wipe the interior walls, inner lining, and surface of the equipment to maintain cleanliness and enhance the transparency of the glass. Do not use acidic, alkaline, or any corrosive solutions to clean the exterior surface.

10. After training, turn off the power switch. Do not open the box if the experimental samples are not to be retrieved immediately.

11. The biochemical incubator should not be used under abnormal conditions such as high voltage, high current, and strong magnetic fields. Operate it strictly according to electrical safety guidelines.
