Please maintain a clean environment; excessive dust and high temperatures and humidity can affect the lifespan of the machine.

2. Oils and non-polar solvents may cause damage to CNC pump tubes; they should be avoided from contact.

3. Regularly inspect the CNC pump tubes for adhesion issues and wear, particularly when the liquid column flow rate decreases. When the CNC pump tubes show signs of adhesion or significant wear, it is necessary to promptly replace them with new CNC pump tubes.

Before cleaning the unit, please remove the power plug from the AC power outlet. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the unit. Do not use liquid cleaners or spray cleaners when cleaning the liquid extraction instrument. Operating the unit in a clean, cool, and dry environment can extend its service life.

Please place the device on a level laboratory table or fume hood for use. Do not allow the device to be near heat sources, and ensure that no items block the ventilation holes on the front and bottom panels.

6. When the intelligent fully automatic liquid-liquid extraction instrument is not in use for an extended period, please unplug the power cord and lower the pressure rod on the pump head bracket inside the housing to relax the CNC pump tube, preventing tube adhesion. When resuming use, check if the CNC pump tube has aged and replace it if necessary.
