The anaerobic incubator is a device used for cultivating molds and other eukaryotic microorganisms, playing a crucial role in scientific experiments. It is composed of a heating system, a cooling system, an air humidifier, a culture chamber, a control circuit, and an operating panel. It employs temperature and humidity sensors to maintain stable conditions within the culture chamber. Primarily used for cultivating organisms and plants, it sets specific temperatures and humidity levels in a sealed space to allow molds to grow within 4-6 hours. This is utilized to accelerate the propagation of molds artificially and to test the antifungal capabilities and extent of mold growth in electrical and electronic products.
An anaerobic incubator requires regular maintenance during daily use, as proper care can significantly reduce the occurrence of malfunctions.
1. Plug the humidifier's power cord into the outlet, then connect the instrument's humidifying tube to the humidifier, ensuring a tight fit at the connection. Always fill the humidifier's water tank according to the instructions.
Step on the humidity set button; the digital display shows the set value. Rotate the humidity adjustment potentiometer to the desired humidity level, release the button, and the digital display will indicate the actual humidity inside the anaerobic incubator. When the actual humidity inside the incubation chamber is lower than the set humidity, the humidifier will add moisture to the chamber, and the humidifier indicator light will illuminate. When the actual humidity inside the incubation chamber is higher than the set humidity, the humidifier will stop operating, and the humidifier indicator light will turn off.
3. Press the temperature set button, the digital display shows the set value. Rotate the temperature adjustment potentiometer to the desired temperature, release the button, and the digital display shows the actual temperature inside the incubator. If the actual temperature inside the incubator is lower than the set temperature, the heating indicator light illuminates, and the heater begins to heat up. If the actual temperature is higher than the set temperature, the cooling indicator light illuminates, and the cooling system starts to cool. If both the heating and cooling indicator lights are off, the incubator is in a constant temperature state.
