The intelligent vacuum drying cabinet is designed for drying thermosensitive, easily decomposable, and oxidizable substances. It can inject inert gases inside, enabling rapid drying for items with complex compositions. Hot water or low-pressure steam is used as the heating medium to enter the heating plate. Place the drying tray for the drug on the heating plate, close the cabinet door, and use a vacuum pump to create vacuum. During the circulation of the heating medium, the heating plate heats the drug to the required temperature, causing water to evaporate and be gradually pumped away by the vacuum. The equipment is easy to control, can condense and recover the evaporated solvent, and the drug is less likely to be contaminated during the drying process. The housing must be effectively grounded to ensure safe operation.

5. When continuous exhaust is not required, the vacuum valve should be closed first, followed by turning off the vacuum pump power, otherwise the vacuum pump oil should be emptied into the box.

6. Extracted items must be torn before processing. When dealing with flammable materials, they must be placed in the air only after cooling to a temperature below their ignition point to prevent oxidation reactions from causing a fire.

The equipment should be equipped with an air switch.

8. Electrical insulation must be intact, and the equipment housing must have a reliable protective grounding or protective zero connection.

9. Vacuum pump oil should be changed regularly.

When removing processed items, if flammable materials have been processed, they must be cooled to below their ignition point before being placed in the air to prevent oxidation reactions from causing combustion.
