Digital Constant Temperature Water Bath Operation Procedure and Precautions

Objective: To establish standard operating procedures for the use of digital constant-temperature water bath, ensuring the standardization, accuracy of operation, and reliability of results.

Operation Procedures

Pour water into the pot, ensuring the water level is above the surface of the electric heating tube.

2. Plug in and set the temperature

Pressing the SET button allows you to set or view the temperature setting value. Pressing the SET button once causes the temperature display characters to blink, indicating that the instrument has entered the setting mode; at this point, pressing the "▽" decreases the setting value, pressing the "Δ" increases it, and holding down the "Δ" or "▽" keys quickly adjusts the numbers. Once the set value is reached, pressing the SET button again returns the instrument to normal operating mode.

3. The temperature is set, heating begins, and the green indicator light illuminates. The temperature display shows the current temperature value. Once the set temperature is reached, it enters a constant-temperature state, and the red indicator light illuminates.

4. To achieve a water temperature of 100℃ in the pot for boiling water distillation, adjust the control knob to the end position.

Upon completion of the task, adjust the temperature control knob and the regulator to the lowest setting, and then disconnect the power.

Section II: Precautions

Ensure the three-prong plug of the electric heating digital constant temperature water bath is properly grounded when in use.

(2) When using the electric heating digital constant-temperature water bath, first add an appropriate amount of clean tap water into the pot.

You can also add hot water at the desired temperature to shorten the heating time.

Do not add too much water to avoid spilling over when it boils.
