Performance Parameters:
1. Heating System:
1.1 Heating Method: Bowl-shaped far-infrared ceramic heating furnace, infrared radiation heating (no open flame heating, waterproof), ensuring a safer and more stable heating process with superior heat conduction, single-hole heating power: 0-800W (adjustable per single hole)
1.2 Temperature Control: Heating of furnace temperature via PID control (single hole, single control room temperature to 420℃)

1.4 Steam Condensation Unit: Designed to enhance distillation efficiency, the steam area and cooling area are separated. The steam chamber is situated outside the cooling water chamber, utilizing double vacuum extraction technology. The upper part of the condenser tube should be equipped with a ground glass stopper for easy cleaning of the condenser tube.
2. Smart Terminal Control System
2.1 Distillation End Control: Utilizes a pressure weight sensor to control the distillation end, allowing for arbitrary setting of the distillation volume and weight, automatically stopping heating, with an alarm light upon completion of distillation. The entire experiment process requires no human supervision, boasting a high degree of automation.
2.2 Over-distillation Protection System: To prevent excessive distillation of the distillate, an over-distillation protection system is designed at each distillate outlet. After distillation is complete, the system automatically locks the distillate outlet to achieve automatic precise measurement. Measurement range: 1-500g (ml). The remaining liquid in the pipeline can be drained out with a single button press.
3. Cleaning System:
3.1 The condenser and distillation flask are connected with all-glass joints, sealed with ground edges.
3.2 The condenser can be easily rinsed with a one-button reverse blow function after the experiment, with a high level of intelligence.
4. Cooling System:
4.1 Utilizes a closed-loop recirculating system with dual refrigeration methods—air-cooled and built-in compressor—no external cooling water source required, ideal for continuous operation of large quantities of samples.

5. Anti-siphon system
Anti-siphonage: Equipped with a simulated air solenoid valve, it automatically recognizes the pressure inside the bottle and has a vaporized liquid anti-siphonage function.
6. Receiving Unit:
The recipient device is unrestricted, with the default configuration being a volumetric flask receiver, which can be replaced with other receptacles as required by the experiment, and the tray can be flexibly configured.
7. One-touch internal recirculation tank water filling with automatic shut-off feature.
8. The main unit is equipped with an effluent outlet in the distillate receiving area, and the operating system features a one-button emptying function.
9. The main unit is equipped with a short-circuit protection feature. In humid working conditions, the heating area is prone to dampness, causing a circuit short. It can be dried by preheating the heating area, with the drying time adjustable from 0 to 999 seconds. In the case of dampness in a single heating area, activating the preheating function can repair the dampened circuit, restoring the equipment to normal operating condition.
