GXC Series Automatic Rotary Oscillator
The GXC series fully automatic rotary oscillator is a liquid-liquid extraction device used in chemical laboratories. Currently, in domestic laboratories, liquid-liquid chemical extraction is commonly done through shaking extraction or manual shaking using a separatory funnel. Both methods are cumbersome, with low extraction efficiency and high manual labor intensity. Moreover, the organic solvents used during extraction can cause physical harm to laboratory personnel. In response, our unit has developed and produced the GXC series fully automatic rotary oscillator.
This product operates fully automatically and is composed of three main parts: the extraction bottle, a variable-frequency motor, and a timing control system. Its working principle involves the variable-frequency motor rotating the extraction agent in the extraction bottle from top to bottom and then back up, ensuring thorough mixing and collision with the water sample. As it rotates, it also oscillates to achieve complete extraction. The entire process is conducted within a sealed extraction bottle, which completely resolves the issue of reagent volatilization, resulting in more stable and reliable extraction results with genuinely credible data.
The GXC series fully automatic rotary oscillator is widely applicable to the extraction of surface water, tap water, industrial wastewater, and domestic sewage, primarily targeting oil substances in aquatic environments.

Instrument Features:
1. Speed: 0-200 RPM (frequency 0~400 Hz) with adjustable speed display. Rotation mode: can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
2. Closed-loop extraction, fully mimicking manual hand摇action, with a 360-degree rotation for more authentic and reliable extraction results.
3. Extraction efficiency exceeds 95%. It fundamentally differs from standard oscillators, resulting in more accurate and reliable extraction data.
4. High degree of extraction automation, with rapid extraction speed. Multiple samples can be extracted simultaneously in just 2 minutes.
5. Extraction Time: Full digital timing, seconds, minutes, or hours to choose from 1s-99h99m.
6. Compliant with HJ 637-2012 (replacing GB/T16488-1996) standard, capable of rotating at speeds of 180-200 rpm, with oscillation frequencies up to 300 times during rotation.
7. Equipped with a sanitizable stainless steel cleaning tank, featuring a built-in discharge valve for easy waste liquid discharge and extraction bottle cleaning.
8. The flip-top design allows for quick and easy retrieval of the extraction bottle, offering convenience and efficiency.
9. The instrument can simultaneously extract a large number of samples and is compact in size, allowing for placement in a fume hood according to standard regulations.
