Microwave Digestion Instrument

Instrument Introduction:

The GHZ-6 series high-throughput intelligent microwave digestion system provides a quick, safe, and automated solution for samples. It accelerates the digestion reaction of samples under high-pressure conditions and is widely used in fields such as food, environmental protection, disease control, quality supervision, commodity inspection, and scientific research institutions.

 

Features:

The instrument employs microwave non-pulsed continuous automatic frequency conversion control, extending the lifespan of the instrument and ensuring uniformity of the electromagnetic wave. The cavity is made of a 52L large-volume 316L stainless steel material, with a self-locking buffer explosion-proof door. In case of abnormal reaction, the buffer structure ensures the safety of the operator and the integrity of the door structure. The door and cavity are tightly sealed, and microwave leakage meets national standards. The instrument uses a dual-control system of temperature and pressure to control the pressure and temperature of the digestion experiment, with real-time display. The 360° continuous rotation ensures uniform microwave distribution, guaranteeing the same microwave environment for all samples, thus improving the consistency of experimental results. When the pressure inside the vessel exceeds the set protection value, the microwave heating will automatically stop. The safety explosion-proof film has dual insurance functions; when the pressure inside the vessel exceeds the pressure the film can withstand, the film breaks first, releasing the gas to prevent damage to the vessel and injury to people.

(8) Exhaust and Cooling System: The furnace cavity is equipped with a high-power exhaust system, allowing various reactions to be carried out continuously for extended periods in a well-ventilated, safe, and easily observed environment. The furnace cavity ventilation uses acid-resistant, high-volume centrifugal fans, with an exhaust volume of not less than 5 m³/min. The cavity is equipped with wind cooling functionality, continuously cooling the reaction vessel, with temperature and pressure displayed in real-time.

(9) Turntable Design: Continuous 360° rotation for back and forth, ensuring even microwave distribution and identical microwave environment for all samples, thereby enhancing the consistency of experimental results.

(10) Control Method: Touchscreen design, 8-inch TFT-LED (800)480-color large screen display, long-distance direct reading of reaction process, real-time display of closed reaction vessel temperature and pressure, with real-time temperature-pressure curve display.

* (12) Automatic Protection Function: Equipped with a fault self-checking system; if either the temperature control or pressure control system fails, the instrument will automatically cut off the microwave emission and sound an alarm.

(6) The explosion-proof film is secured with ceramic clamping, as ceramic does not deform upon heating. Four-fluorine deforms when heated, rendering it ineffective as an explosion-proof film. Ceramic components are used for clamping.

(7) The degassing pot operates with a 360° continuous back-and-forth rotation, ensuring even microwave distribution and identical microwave environments for all samples, thereby enhancing the consistency of experimental results.
