Product Introduction:

The GGC-A features an intelligent integrated design. It replaces traditional high-power electric heaters with far-infrared ceramic heating units, combining a moldable power-adjustable heating system, a circulating condensation system, a terminal control system, and a backflow prevention system. It offers dual control with dials and buttons, automatic temperature control, constant temperature heating, sealed cooling water circulation, automatic control of distillation endpoint, endpoint alarm, backflow prevention, cooling water reverse吹扫, and air tightness detection of the flow path. Additionally, it incorporates intelligent distillation endpoint control, an internal cooling water automatic temperature reduction and reflux device, and professionally designed condensation tubes, achieving simple operation, automatic distillation, aesthetic practicality, and energy-saving goals. It is widely applicable in areas such as environmental monitoring, water supply and drainage, and disease prevention and control centers for the distillation of volatile phenols, cyanides, ammonia nitrogen in water samples. It is also suitable for all pretreatment projects using distillation methods in projects such as water quality, soil, and solid waste sample testing, including cyanides, volatile phenols, ammonia nitrogen (with nitrogen spheres).

Infrared radiation heating (no open flame, waterproof), equipped with an insulating protective cover to prevent heat loss, ensuring more even heating of the samples.

2.8 Cooling Method: Closed-loop internal recirculation system with one-touch water addition function, automatically stops when the water level reaches the line. Built-in air-cooling system + built-in compressor refrigeration, dual cooling system, no need for external cooling water source, and separate cooling and heating areas for better cooling effect.
