Skylight Sheets

Also known as Color Coated Corrugated Sheets, these are formed by rolling and cold bending colored steel plates into various wave patterns. They are suitable for industrial and residential buildings, warehouses, special structures, large-span steel structures, and for roofing, walling, as well as interior and exterior decorative applications. They feature light weight, high strength, rich colors, easy and quick installation, earthquake resistance, fire prevention, waterproofing, long lifespan, and low maintenance requirements. They are now widely used and applied.

Lightweight: 10-14 kg/square meter, equivalent to 1/30th of a brick wall.

Thermal conductivity: λ ≤ 0.041 W/m·K.

High strength: Suitable for ceiling cladding panels to bear loads, resistant to bending and compression; generally, beams and columns are not needed in buildings.

4. Vibrant Color: No surface decoration needed; the galvanized steel plate's anti-corrosion coating lasts for 10-15 years.

Installation Flexible and Quick: Construction period can be shortened by over 40%.

Installation Engineering

I. Proper Laying of Tiles

Overlap Style (suitable for roof lengths of 15M or less)

2. Interlocking (suitable for roof lengths of 15 meters or more)

Section 2: Installation of Seal Strip Ridge Cap and Eave Cover

Separate the seal strip into two halves, align it with the tile shape over the roof, and cover the ridge tile using special nails for fixation.

2. At the junction of the side tiles, after sealing with cement, directly cover with the ridge tiles, and finish off the bottom with small tile stops.

3. The bottom of the tile, at the eaves, is directly installed with a flashing cover, secured using screws.

At the ridge tile junction, trim the interfaces with scissors to shape, overlap them, and seal with glass glue.

Section 3: Enhanced Waterproof Treatments

First, create a V-shaped material, which can be made from various materials and specifications, depending on the actual situation. Install the water connection at the bottom, and then lay the color steel tiles on top.

Section 4: Sloped Surface Connection Installation

Installation of water collection treatment at the bottom of two roof tiles, cut to angle and length. First, install water collection materials (i.e., gutters) beneath the tiles, followed by final sealing using waterproof adhesive or cement.

The frame must be securely installed.

When walking on tiles for installation, try to step in the middle of the tile to avoid stepping on the edges.
