Winner802 (2024 Model) Photon-related Nanometer Laser Particle Sizer
Product Description:
The Winner802 optical correlation nanoparticle size analyzer, launched by Jinan Wini Nano Particle Instrument Co., Ltd. in 2024, is an upgraded version of the original Winner802. It enhances the correlator's acquisition speed and channel count, integrates more micro-nano-specific technologies, and further improves product performance.
Photon-related nanoparticle size analyzer utilizes the principle of dynamic light scattering. It measures the Brownian motion of nanoparticles dispersed in the liquid, with smaller particles moving faster and larger particles moving slower. This instrument employs HAMAMATSU high-performance photomultiplier tubes and our independently developed high-speed digital correlator (ZL Number: ZL201010533183.5As a core component, by measuring the change in scattered light at a specific angle and calculating the auto-correlation function (i.e., the diffusion coefficient), the particle size and distribution can be determined according to the Stokes-Einstein equation. It features rapidity, high resolution, repeatability, and accuracy, while also being non-destructive and non-disruptive to the original state of the nanoparticle system. It is the preferred product for nanoparticle size testing.
Product Advantages:
Advanced testing principles
Utilizing dynamic light scattering principles and photon correlation spectroscopy technology, it is determined that larger particles in a liquid exhibit slower Brownian motion velocities. Due to the varying velocities of particles of different sizes, laser illumination of these particles results in fluctuations of scattered light at varying speeds. Photon correlation spectroscopy analyzes particle size by examining fluctuations in light at specific directions.
High-quality core components with high sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio guaranteed
Utilizing high-performance Hamamatsu photomultiplier tubes imported from Japan, offering exceptional sensitivity to photon signals. Equipped with a high-precision temperature control system, utilizing semiconductor temperature control technology, achieving a temperature control accuracy of up to 0.1°C. This ensures the sample remains in a constant temperature state throughout the testing process, avoiding deviations caused by changes in liquid viscosity and Brownian motion due to temperature fluctuations, thereby guaranteeing the accuracy and stability of the test results.
Newly upgraded product, superior to the previous generation
Measure particle sizes at the nanometer level with PCS technology, it is essential to discern nanosecond-level signal fluctuations. This instrument's core component utilizes our latest upgraded CR256 digital correlator, boasting an ultra-high resolution of 8ns and exceptional signal processing speed, with data processing speeds reaching up to 162M. It can perform real-time collection of dynamic scattered light intensity and calculate the autocorrelation function, thereby more sensitively reflecting the dynamic light scattering information of particles of various sizes.
