Winner3009 is an intelligent dry laser particle size analyzer, also the fifth-generation new product from our company. The Winner3009 boasts mature technology, stable operation, and advanced testing principles. It utilizes patented turbulent dispersion technology and normal shock wave shearing technology to effectively disperse particles, ensuring the stability and accuracy of particle test results.

A fusion of multiple technologies, with advanced testing principles

Utilizing a convergent light Fourier transform optical path and a double-surface light path design, the limitations imposed by lens aperture on the scattering angle have been overcome, enhancing the recognition and testing stability of sub-micron particles.

 

Self-owned patented dispersion technology

Utilizing the turbulent dispersion patent technology (Patent No.: ZL.2 007 2 0018648.7) and positive shock wave shearing technique, the particle samples are fully dispersed in the air, ensuring the accuracy of the test. The key components of the dispersion system are made of wear-resistant ceramics, which enhances the product's lifespan.

 

Spectrum Amplification Technology

By enhancing the probe's sensitivity to signals, it can effectively receive scattered light signals at various angles corresponding to the test range, with a detection angle of 0.0155-164 degrees, thereby increasing the instrument's testing range and accuracy.

 

Smart operation

Click the "Automatic Test" button, and all operations of the instrument, including feeding, gas supply, and dust collection, will be automatically completed.

 

Data intelligent processing
