Winner2009 Wide Range Laser Particle Size Analyzer (Wet Method)
Winner2009 High Range Laser Particle Size Analyzer
Product Introduction:
Winner2009 is a wet-method laser particle size analyzer with an external distributed system featuring a compact modular design. It covers measurement ranges from millimeters to nanometers and utilizes a dual-beam multispectral detection system and lateral light scattering testing technology, effectively enhancing the instrument's testing accuracy and performance. Primarily used for particle size analysis with broad particle distribution and scientific research.
Product Features:
Configured with a modularized, closely coupled distributed system
Configured with a modularized design for a decentralized system, utilizing high-power circulating pumps, and featuring an optimized pipeline design, the product's overall coordination has been enhanced. The decentralized system is independent of the testing system, making instrument maintenance more convenient.
Optical Path Auto-Centering
Self-developed 3D Automatic Centering System (Patent No.: ZL . 2013 2 0835882 .4), utilizing precision four-phase hybrid stepper motors, achieves micro-level accuracy, ensuring the instrument's optical path remains centered at all times, thereby providing a fundamental guarantee for the accuracy and stability of test results.
Unrestricted Free Fit Technology
Particle size analysis is unrestricted by any function, truly reflecting the particle distribution status.
Dual laser orthogonal optical path
Utilizing a convergent light Fourier transform technique, it allows scattered light to be不受 lens aperture limitations; employing a double-surface optical path design, the measurement range is expanded to 2000 micrometers, with a detection angle of0.0155° to 164°Utilizing imported Fourier lenses ensures stable and accurate particle measurement. Our independently developed dual-laser orthogonal optical path, combined with the horizontal polarization light of a blue semiconductor laser, can simultaneously capture the forward, lateral, and backward scattered light of nanoparticles at the nanoscale level, effectively enhancing the testing precision of nanoparticle size.
