When conditions exceed the above requirements, appropriate adjustments should be made to operating parameters (such as output current) and proper protective measures should be taken to ensure the product's service life and safety reliability.
Product Structure Features:
Core: The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, featuring a 45°C full oblique joint non-punching structure; the core surface is coated with a special resin to prevent rust; elastic materials are used between the clamping parts and the core, the coil and the core, and the core and the base to reduce operating noise.
Coils: Low-voltage windings are in double-layer cylindrical or foil form, while high-voltage windings are in a segmented continuous structure; both are wound with F-grade insulated polyester glass-fiber copper wire, reinforced with glass fibers, and the epoxy resin composition is cast into shape under vacuum conditions. They offer excellent electrical properties and mechanical strength. They are capable of withstanding short circuits, impacts, humidity, and have certain overvoltage resistance.
Base: Fitted with bottom foot channel steel or trolley as per customer requirements.
Wiring Terminals: High-voltage wire connections use pre-buried copper nuts for connection; low-voltage wiring employs nickel-plated (or tin-plated) copper bars with wiring holes, which are welded to the coil terminals and secured to the bracket with pillar insulators for easy wiring.
Protective Enclosure: IP00 does not include a protective enclosure, suitable for box-type power stations, distribution cabinets, etc.: IP20i comes with a metal mesh protective enclosure, which can prevent foreign objects up to 12mm in size from entering, suitable for indoor installation; IP23i features a louvered protective enclosure, which can protect against rain, snow, insects, and is suitable for outdoor use, but the usage capacity should be reduced by 5% when using this type of enclosure.
Cooling: The transformer is typically cooled by air natural (AN), allowing for continuous output of 100% rated capacity. Upon customer requirement, a forced air cooling (AF) system can be configured; with AF cooling, the transformer's output capacity can be increased by up to 30%.
Temperature Control: Equipped with an automatic temperature control protection system; capable of temperature display, circuit detection, fan start/stop, over-temperature alarm, trip, and computer communication interface functions as per customer requirements.
