Product structural characteristics:
Core: The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets with a 45°C full oblique seam without piercing structure; the core surface is coated with a special resin to prevent rust; elastic materials are used between the clamping piece and the core, the coil and the core, and the core and the base to reduce operating noise.
Coil: Low-voltage windings are double-layer cylindrical or foil type, while high-voltage windings are segmented continuous structure; both are wound with F-grade insulation polyester filament copper wire, reinforced with glass fiber, and the epoxy resin mixture is cast and cured under vacuum. It boasts excellent electrical properties and mechanical strength. It can withstand short-circuit conditions, withstand impacts, resist humidity, and has certain overvoltage tolerance.
Base: Customize with foot slot steel or trolley according to customer requirements.
Wiring terminals: High-voltage connection terminals use pre-buried copper nuts for connection; low-voltage wiring employs nickel-plated (or tin-plated) copper strips with wiring holes, which are welded to the coil terminals. They are fixed to the bracket with支柱insulators for easy wiring.
Protective Enclosure: No enclosure for IP00, suitable for box-type power stations, distribution cabinets, etc.: IP20i with a metal mesh protective enclosure, which can prevent foreign objects up to 12mm from entering, suitable for indoor installation; IP23i with a louvered protective enclosure, which can protect against rain, snow, insects, and is suitable for outdoor use, but such enclosures should reduce the usage capacity by 5% when in use.
Cooling: The transformer is typically cooled by air natural (AN), allowing for continuous output of 100% rated capacity. As per customer requirements, a forced air cooling (AF) system can be configured; with AF cooling, the transformer's output capacity can be increased by up to 30%.
Temperature Control: Equipped with an automatic temperature control protection system; functions such as temperature display, circulation detection, fan start/stop, over-temperature alarm, circuit break, and computer communication interface can be achieved according to customer requirements.
