When conditions exceed the above requirements, appropriate adjustments to operating parameters (such as output current) should be made and appropriate protective measures should be taken to ensure product operational life and safety reliability.
Product Structure Characteristics:
Core: The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, featuring a 45°C full oblique joint non-piercing structure; the core surface is coated with a special resin to prevent rust; elastic materials are used between the clamp and core, the coil and core, and the core and base to reduce operating noise.
Coils: The low-voltage windings are in a double-layer cylindrical or foil configuration, while the high-voltage windings feature a segmented continuous structure. Both are wound with F-grade insulation polyester yarn copper wire, reinforced with glass fiber, and the epoxy resin mixture is cast into shape under vacuum. They exhibit excellent electrical properties and mechanical strength. They can withstand short circuits, impacts, moisture, and have certain over-voltage resistance capabilities.
Base: Supplied with either a foot slot steel or a trolley as per customer's request.
Terminal: High-voltage connection terminals use pre-buried copper nuts for connection; low-voltage wiring employs nickel-plated (or soldered) copper bars with wiring holes, welded to the coil terminals, secured by insulating支柱insulators mounted on the brackets for easy wiring.
Protective Housing: No housing with IP00 rating, suitable for box-type power stations, switchboards, etc.; IP20i with mesh protective housing, can prevent foreign objects up to 12mm from entering, suitable for indoor installation; IP23i with louvered protective housing, can prevent rain, snow, insects, and is suitable for outdoor use, but reduce the usage capacity by 5% when using this type of housing.
Cooling: The transformer is typically cooled by air natural (AN), at which point, it can continuously output 100% of its rated capacity. Upon customer requirements, a forced air cooling (AF) system can be configured; with AF cooling, the transformer's output capacity can be increased by up to 30%.
Temperature Control: Equipped with an automatic temperature control protection system; features such as temperature display, circuit testing, fan start/stop, over-temperature alarm, circuit breaker, and computer communication interface can be achieved according to customer requirements.
