Shanghai RunTai -- Fixed Rotation Deaerator
1. Basic Working Principle: The degasser rotates on a fixed base, allowing the degasser head to perform degassing on two different furnaces.
2. De-gassing is achieved by controlled rotation of a graphite shaft and impeller to stir the aluminum melt, while a measured amount of inert gas is pressurized and dispersed into the melt by the impeller, forming tiny bubbles that uniformly distribute throughout the molten metal with zero gas partial pressure. Due to the high hydrogen partial pressure in the aluminum melt, hydrogen gas continuously diffuses into the bubbles. Meanwhile, some non-metallic inclusions in the aluminum melt adhere to the bubble surfaces. These inert gas bubbles containing unwanted hydrogen and a portion of non-metallic inclusions rise to the surface of the liquid to achieve the de-gassing effect.

A. A single inert gas is introduced into the aluminum melt via a rotor, forming tiny bubbles that disperse uniformly throughout the molten metal. The partial pressure of the gas in these bubbles is zero. Due to the high hydrogen partial pressure in the aluminum melt, these gases combine to form larger bubbles. Meanwhile, some non-metallic inclusions in the aluminum melt adhere to the bubble surfaces. The unnecessary hydrogen gas and the inert gas bubbles adhering to some non-metallic inclusions rise to the surface of the liquid. This process, known as skimming, achieves the removal of hydrogen and oxidation inclusions, thus purifying the aluminum melt.
B. Equipped with a PLC program controller featuring a touchscreen display, it offers manual and automatic operation modes. It includes various fault alert functions, achieves full automation, reduces the intensity of worker operations, minimizes human errors, and ensures worker safety.
C. The program allows adjustment of degassing time, degassing speed, and delay times for rotation, ascent, descent, etc.
D. The entire workflow is automatically completed, sequentially performing actions such as intake, rotation, degassing, rotation completion, ascent, and gas cutoff. It can also accommodate specific actions as per customer requirements. It helps prevent waste of consumables like inert gases and ensures that the graphite rod does not become blocked.
E. Utilizes high-performance wear-resistant guides with excellent anti-oxidation properties and high precision, ensuring smooth up and down movement. The head is integrated with the body, effectively reducing vibration and swing arm replacement issues during operation. Significantly extends the lifespan of the graphite drying process.
F. Utilizing graphited rotors and turntables with high anti-oxidation treatment, effectively extends service life and saves operation costs for customers.
Section II: Fixed Rotation Deaerator RT-750 Production Process
1. Rack main material
The rack mounting base is made of 18mm thick steel plate with a diameter of 800mm, reinforced with triangular iron plates; the lifting支柱is constructed from 200x200x5mm square tubes.
Electrical cabinet is a pedestal-style electric cabinet, dimensions are: 500x500x1700
Electrical cabinet outer panel: 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel, electrostatic powder coating; suspended with 30x60 square iron chains, double chains with a 1/4" pitch; lifting mechanism head with 5# channel steel.
The lifting head features an active position of 12mm with a 25mm thick steel plate. The rotating mechanism employs high-strength flat bearings, large-diameter precision shafts, minimal clearance, smooth rotation, and overall stability.
2. Rack manufacturing process
The rack body is primarily assembled using welding techniques. The rack and columns, electrical cabinet frame, lifting chain suspension, head, and the movable position of the head are all welded. Afterward, it is polished and finished.
Front cover, electrical cabinet cover, the main fixation between the head and the movable position of the head is by bolt, and various motors and switches are also fixed by bolt.

4. Surface Treatment
Rack main body and electrical cabinet frame surfaces are first de-rusted, then receive rust-proof treatment and are painted twice. The motor head and electrical cabinet covers are treated with de-rusting, degreasing, and spray painting.
