Vacuum Dryer Oven
Application Range:Suitable for various fields such as chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, agricultural research, and environmental testing. Used for drying, baking, sterilization, and heat treatment tests of powders and easily oxidizable substances under vacuum conditions.
Product Features:
1.Streamlined design, exterior made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic powder coating, interior of stainless steel material, no dead corners for easy cleaning.
2.The inner lining is wrapped around with SUS304 stainless steel heating tubes.Radiant heating methodEnsure even and stable temperature distribution within the box.
3.Equipped with a microcomputer PID controller, the system features automatic temperature control, timing, over-temperature alarm, and a liquid crystal display for accurate and stable temperature control.
4.The box door features stainless steel construction and high-quality thermal insulation technology, ensuring the door temperature remains within a reasonable range for safe operation.
5.The equipment utilizes high-quality insulation technology and materials, ensuring minimal temperature loss within the box and reducing energy consumption for energy-saving purposes.
6.The cabinet features cooling pipes with both inlet and outlet on the back, enabling rapid cooling through either water or air cooling methods. The door is equipped with a water jacket protection device, ensuring safe operation and extending the lifespan of the door seal.
7.Vacuum pump front-mounted condenser; by evacuating the air, the moisture or solvent emitted from a large amount of material inside the tank can be condensed into a liquid state and stored in the tank. Only a small amount of moisture or solvent is drawn into the vacuum pump, preventing rapid degradation of the pump and offering protection. The condenser is mainly used for collecting moisture and solvent as well as protecting the vacuum pump. (Optional).
