Product Overview
The 6433P Optical Wave Component Analyzer is an instrument designed for testing the modulation characteristics of high-speed electro-optical, optical, and opto-optical devices, with a frequency range of 10MHz to 110GHz. It integrates four testing modes: electrical electrical testing, electrical-optical testing, optical-electrical testing, and opto-optical testing. It features various display formats including logarithmic/linear amplitude, phase, group delay, Smith chart, and polar coordinates, enabling precise measurement of the amplitude/phase frequency characteristics of photonic networks. It is primarily used for testing the bandwidth, amplitude/phase frequency, and group delay frequency response parameters of high-speed electro-optical devices (electro-optical intensity modulators, direct modulated lasers, optical transmitter modules), optical devices (detectors, optical transmitter modules, detector chips), and opto-optical devices (optical attenuators, EDFA).
