Product Overview
The 6955AC Signal Transceiver is a 3U, 2-slot modular product compliant with the PXIe bus standard. It integrates vector signal analysis, vector signal generation, and real-time signal processing and control capabilities based on FPGA. It can simultaneously receive and transmit microwave vector signals, and perform high-speed, large-capacity storage and processing of signal data. The module's frequency range is 40MHz to 6.0GHz with a bandwidth of 200MHz. It seeks the optimal configuration of testing efficiency and cost, serving production line testing with a smaller size, higher integration, and faster testing speed. It is widely applicable in fields such as RF semiconductor testing, 5G testing, and IoT testing.
