Product Overview
The 6433 series optical wave component analyzers include 4 models: 6433D (10MHz~26.5GHz), 6433F (10MHz~43.5GHz), 6433H (10MHz~50GHz), and 6433L (10MHz~67GHz). The 6433 series optical wave component analyzers are a solution for testing the characteristics of high-speed electro-optical (E/O) devices, optoelectronic (O/E) devices, and optical-optical (O/O) devices, with a modulation frequency range of 10MHz~67GHz. It supports settings for different frequency ranges, frequency intervals, and intermediate frequency bandwidths, with a minimum frequency resolution of 1Hz. The 6433 series employs an integrated design approach, optimized for broadband hardware, constructs network error models, and utilizes core calibration algorithms to achieve one-click broadband rapid sweep testing. It is mainly used for testing parameters such as bandwidth, amplitude-frequency response, phase-frequency response, and group delay of core electro-optical devices (electro-optical modulators, direct modulated lasers, optical transmitter modules), optoelectronic devices (PIN photodetectors, APD photodetectors, optical receiver modules), and optical-optical devices (fiber optic filters, etc.) in modern high-speed optical transmission systems.
