The millimeter wave up/down converter is as shown in the figure. Based on terahertz fundamental testing instruments, SiYi Technology has developed a 40GHz~150GHz multi-band millimeter wave terahertz up/down converter specifically for 6G communication. The test system they have built covers all mainstream terahertz 6G communication bands and achieves international advanced levels in performance indicators such as conversion loss, 1dB compression point, and intermediate frequency bandwidth.
