During operation, due to the bulk weight of materials, drop height, and equipment failures, the belt surface may experience pinpoint damage or perforations.
The core layer is exposed, causing material leakage. It must be repaired promptly. Use this repair tool to carry out vulcanization repair on the tape surface after the conveyor stops.

DDQ Type Electric Heating Tape Repair Tool, primarily used for patching small areas of tape damage and tape penetration, as well as repairing core layer damage in the tape. In other words, it addresses defects such as spots and blocks, characterized by simple structure, lightweight, easy operation, and the ability to utilize the beam of a vulcanizer to reduce equipment acquisition costs. The operating method is the same as that of a vulcanizer.

Installation Instructions:
Transport the repair machine parts to the repair location.
② Perform filling treatment on the damaged area (refer to the filling section in the vulcanization process of tape joints, or have a demonstration by our factory service personnel during equipment debugging).
③ Place the frame (lower frame) beneath the belt and align it over the pre-treated damaged area, then position the water pressure plate and lower heating plate directly below the damaged area.
④ Place the upper heating plate directly above the tape damage area, then place an insulating board on top, followed by the upper machine frame (※Note: DDQ low pressure, the frame is integrated).
Install the screw and tighten it.
⑥ Connect the power supply to the electrical control box with a primary wire, connect the upper heating plate to the electrical control box and the lower heating plate to the electrical control box with secondary wires, and connect the temperature-sensing elements to the upper and lower heating plates respectively. Pay attention to match the connection wires with the labels on the electrical control box. Then, turn on the electrical control box and fill the hydraulic plate with water to the vulcanization pressure.
⑦ Connect the water pressure plate to the pressure test pump using a high-pressure hose, then turn on the electric control box and fill the water pressure plate with water to the vulcanization pressure.
