This product is widely used and suitable for transporting joints of conveyor belts in various sites such as metallurgy, chemical industry, metal mines, power plants, ports, and docks.
After carefully reading the technical specifications and manual provided with the machine, and following the correct vulcanization bonding process, the strength of the bonded joints can reach over 90% of the new belt.
Not only are the joints smooth and nearly indistinguishable from the original belt, but they also reduce wear on the roller and extend the service life of the conveyor and rubber conveyor belt.

Two, top and bottom heating plates
Select high-quality aluminum alloy materials, choose Alcoa 7075 high-strength aerospace aluminum plate, meticulously crafted with special processes, featuring:
1. Half the size and weight, low energy consumption, quick heating, the entire plate surface exhibits excellent flexibility after heating, adheres more tightly to tape than conventional machines.
At 1.5 MPa pressure, its parallel tightness is not greater than 0.03mm, which is a feature not commonly found in standard machines.
2. The heating plates, both top and bottom, provide even heat distribution. After 10 minutes of entering the insulation phase, the temperature differences across the working surface are only ±3℃ to 4℃, exceeding international standards.
3. The time to rise from room temperature to the sulfurization temperature (145℃) is no more than 25 minutes, with power consumption half that of the same industry at home and abroad, showing excellent energy-saving effects.
4. One-time vulcanization bonding or repair, with the bonded area being flat and smooth, maintaining the same tensile strength as the original tape.
5. Heat layer, insulating layer, and core layer integrated as one, featuring a simple structure and easy installation.
III. Water Cooling:
Internally configured with an advanced DC water cooling circulation system within the heating layer. Cools from 145℃ high temperature to 70℃ in just 5 minutes.
Accelerate adhesive bonding process, enhance belt joint strength, and maintain belt joints.
Four: Handle
The handle features SD soft connections, remains cool to the touch during high-temperature operations, has a chrome-plated finish for a shiny, attractive appearance, and is compact and delicate.
V. Water Pressure Plate:
1. The water pressure plate is meticulously crafted using advanced international technology, featuring a unique structure for even distribution of pressure. It has undergone numerous high-pressure tests.
The water pressure plate has undergone a 1.875MPa, 30-minute high-pressure test with no leakage observed, exceeding international standards.
2. The water pressure plate is capable of being used with both water pressure and air pressure.
Six: Power cord inlet plug
The power input features a custom five-core integrated flat plug, which overcomes the drawbacks of conventional multi-wire multi-plugs, truly achieving a simplified one-piece wiring design.
Full Automatic Electrical Control Box
1. Fully automatic electrical control cabinets are equipped with electrical components from Panasonic Corporation of Japan, featuring a clear and intuitive LCD digital display meter. High quality and durable, with digital and indicator light displays.
Pre-set curing time and temperature; the entire curing process is fully automated. The alarm light illuminates, indicating the work is automatically completed.
2. The all-in-one LCD temperature control box is beautifully designed, compact, and employs advanced vertical double-layer waterproof technology, featuring an integrated dustproof and waterproof cover.
Adaptable for operation under harsh external conditions such as sandstorms, heavy rain, scorching sun, etc.
3. Overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection circuit breakers to ensure personal safety.
4. Due to integrated wiring and automated operation procedures, along with uniform plugs and sockets, this electrical control box is compatible with all vulcanizing machines and repair machines in our factory. Conventional machines do not possess this feature.
