This product is widely used and can be applied to the transport joints of conveyor systems in metallurgy, chemical industry, metal mines, power plants, ports, and docks.
After carefully reading the technical specifications and manual provided with this machine, and following the correct vulcanization bonding process, the bonded joint strength can reach over 90% of the new belt.
Not only are the joints smooth and nearly indistinguishable from the original belt, but they also reduce wear on the roller and extend the service life of the conveyor and rubber conveyor belt.

Upper and lower heating plates
Select high-quality aluminum alloy materials, opting for Alcoa 7075 high-strength aerospace aluminum plate, meticulously crafted using special processes, featuring:
1. Half the size and weight, low energy consumption, quick heating, the entire panel becomes highly flexible after heating, and sticks closer to the tape than standard machines.
Under a pressure of 1.5 MPa, its parallel tightness is not more than 0.03 mm, a feature that is not typically found in standard machines.
2. The upper and lower heating plates provide even heating. After 10 minutes of entering the insulation phase, the temperature difference on the working surface is only ±3℃ to 4℃, exceeding international standards.
3. The time from room temperature to curing temperature (145℃) is no more than 25 minutes, with power consumption 50% lower than that of domestic and international industries, achieving excellent energy-saving effects.
4. One-time vulcanization or repair; the bonded area is smooth and glossy, with strength identical to the original belt.
5. The heating layer, insulating layer, and heat-conducting layer are integrated into one, featuring a simple structure and easy installation.
Section 3: Water Cooling
Internally equipped with an advanced DC water cooling circulation system in the heating layer. Quickly cools from 145℃ high temperature to 70℃.
In just 5 minutes, accelerate bonding process, enhance belt joint strength, and maintain belt joints.
Four: Handle
The handle features an SD soft connection, remains cool to the touch during high-temperature operations, has a chrome-plated finish for a shiny and attractive appearance, and is compact and delicate.
V. Water Pressure Plate:
1. The water pressure plate is meticulously crafted using advanced international technology. Due to its unique structure, the plate is uniformly subjected to pressure. It has undergone numerous high-pressure tests, including a 1.875 MPa, 30-minute high-pressure test.
No leakage observed; exceeds international standards.
2. The hydraulic plate is versatile for both hydraulic and pneumatic use.
Six: Power Line Inlet Plug
The power input features a custom five-core integrated flat plug, which overcomes the drawbacks of conventional multi-wire multi-plugs, truly achieving a simplified and integrated wiring system.
Section 7: Fully Automatic Electrical Control Box
1. The electrical components of the fully automatic electric control box are sourced from Panasonic Corporation of Japan, featuring a liquid crystal digital display for intuitive readings. High quality and durable, with digital and indicator light displays.
Pre-set curing time and temperature; the entire curing process is fully automated. The alarm light illuminates, indicating the work is automatically completed.
2. The fully automatic LCD digital temperature control box features exquisite and compact design, incorporating advanced vertical double-layer waterproof technology and an integrated dustproof and waterproof cover, adaptable to dusty environments.
Operation under adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain and scorching sun.
3. Overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection equipped automatic leakage circuit breakers, ensuring personal safety.
4. Due to integrated wiring, automated operation procedures, and unified plugs and sockets, this electrical control box is compatible with all vulcanizers and repair machines in our factory, a feature not available in standard models.
